Husqvarna & M&M True Value Hardware in Steubenville, Ohio will sponsor a Chainsaw Cutting Contest using Husqvarna’s newest technology of professional chainsaws. The contest, which begins at 10:30 a.m. will include pro level and novice level competitions. The speed cutting competition will include 2 timed cuts with one of Husqvarna’s newest saws. Prizes will be awarded, including a Husqvarna 576 XP Chainsaw.

Amateur photographers get your cameras ready and start shooting. A $100 cash award will be given in each of three categories, including Nature-Based Recreation, Scenic/Pictorial, and Wildlife Photos.

Photographs must be taken in one of the following counties: Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson, Stark or Mahoning. The contest is not open to any SWCD Supervisor, staff, or immediate family members. Color or black and white prints will be accepted.
